Information in the service
Nuvio stores account identifiers and the profile, rooms, relationships, messages, media, preferences, reports and gift records you submit. A session token is stored in device secure storage.
Device access
The app requests camera, microphone, photo and notification access when you choose an action that needs it. Your device's operating system controls those permissions. Photos are selected through the system picker where available. Voice-note recordings are uploaded when you send them as messages. The call interface provides a camera preview and can connect to remote rooms to transmit audio and video. Feature availability depends on your device and network.
Messages and media
Private conversations let connected members exchange text, images and voice notes. Nuvio stores these messages and uses its file service to handle uploaded photos and voice recordings.
Messages, blocks and reports
Deleting a message or clearing a conversation hides it only in your account's view; it does not delete the original record for everyone. Blocking hides another member's content from your view without removing original records. Unblocking can restore existing relationships. Submitted reports are stored as moderation records.
Glow and gifts
Glow is a non-cash in-app balance used to send gifts. Wallet and transaction records can include your account identifier, store transaction identifier, product, quantity, balance and transaction status. Store purchase requests include an account identifier to associate a transaction with your Nuvio account.
